The Prophet ﷺ said:

“Be shy of Allah as you should truly be shy of Him”.

They said: “We are shy (of Allah), O Prophet (ﷺ)”.

He said, ‘It is much more than that. He who is truly shy of Allah,

[emoji263]let him preserve his head and what it perceives,
[emoji263]let him preserve his stomach and what it desires,
[emoji263]let him remember death and afflictions,

and he who desires the Hereafter abandons the adornments of this world.

He who performs all these, is the one who is shy of Allah as he should be.”

-Sunan al Tirmidhi (2575)

**They said: “We are shy (of Allah), O Prophet (ﷺ)”.

Ok the ﷺ in bracket is supposed to be before the full stop and i tried correcting it but it’s changing by itself after getting posted..
This is my first post i guess.. didn’t know much about here whether we can edit or delete.

This is a Daif (weak) hadith:

Islam in general advocates a right balance between the worldly life & Hereafter.
