Dont like the word convert...MashAllah they reverts as all people are born as Muslims and then turned back to deen-ul-haaq! WalaykumAsalaam x

Revert - To return to a former condition, practice, subject, or belief.

Im a born muslim who hadnt practised islam for nearly 2 decades.

As they say "each child is born in the state of Fitra "

I pretended to be a muslim for nearly 2 decades,i finally chose to become a Muslim by nature as well as by Name a couple of years ago.

What is the status of a revert and a practising muslim. Does Allah loves the one who have reverted to islam more than that of a normal muslim ??
