actually i thought istikharah was for choosing between two things but then i heard that it is to do with choosing one thing or not- not between two...?

You seek comfort and peace from Allah
Bow to Him and ask for a relieve.
What is the name for this prayer??

choosing is usually done between two things. but wether 1, 2, or 3
the imporatnt thing is tht istakara is done wen u are in doubt about somthing.
anyway iv edited it just to be on th safe side.

dawud UK pointed it out to me and then i remembered something similar myself too, so yeah, best to be on the safe side insha allah.
