SAS is Sheikh Sudais.

Saad Numani is a person from Pakistan who can imitate many? recitors of the Qur'an. (Sorry I don't know much about him. :embarrass )

ohhh i thought he is one of Imaams / ok but what is he doin in Imaam thread .
imitation in friday khutbah Istagfirullah friday prayers are not a joke he should try his imitaions when he is alone or atleast not leading prayers brother iqram you must remember SAS is a great imaam not a movie star so any mimicry artist can copy him:rant:

I myself am not too keen on him imitating when he leads blah blah.. but if it was natural then yeah fine. He's got talent though masha'Allah. :)
 
just thought I'll let everyone know that Sheikh Qari Sa'ad Nu'mani al Madani has led Salaat-ul-Taraweeh in many mosques in Madinah Munawarah and is the 20 something direct descendant of Imam Abu Hanifa so some respect should be shown I think....Allah has blessed him with the ability to recite so beautiful......

"And may allah give us all the ability to recite the quran in the best of manners"

Do you know if the channel is viewable by satellite ? I have see on saudi tv2 but there is no salat fajr.

I don't know about the broadcast of Madinah Fajar on any tv channel, but i listen to it on saudi radio 2 channel. The link i gave you works well for me. Usually madinah fajr is about 10 mins earlier than Makkah one.

Whether he is a descendant or not, he possesses a lot of Islamic knowledge so our respect for him should automatically increase. No one here is disrespecting him, nor has anyone spoken ill of him, alhamdulillah. Let's leave at that shall we?? :confused:

ANYways....

That was awesome recitation by Sheikh Shuraim, especially the first raka'ah .. :wub:

I remember, Sheikh Sudais and Sheikh Salih al Talib recited this when I was there :wub: , except Sheikh Salih al Talib started off from a different ayah. :giggling:

Dunno, may be Shaikh Thubaity is not as well known as other imams of Makkah.

I love madinah's all imams' recitations.

who do you think recited this better Sheikh Sudais ,Sheikh Salih al Talib or Sheikh Shuraim today.
