Kittygal, the 'Luhooh' , or sour pancake is basically just flour,salt,yeast,water. You mix it all up into a watery batter and let it ferment overnight. And then the next day you cook it like pancakes![]()

The sourness comes when the yeast ferments in the dough sis. And no you dont have to put it in the fridge overnight.
^ No sis! It's just watery like a pancake dough....a little bit more runny than your basic pancake dough, it wont get hard of coursejust cover it with a cloth and it'll be fine
