Do you think it is a good Idea to have a Sticky's on mainly the subjects: Chemistry, Biology, Physics and Maths in the "Educational" section?

I think it will be a good Idea to help the younger brother's & Sister's in educational matters they have difficulty in or their Homework in those subjects.

I know we have Brother's and Sisters who are quite knowledgeable in those field, and they can volunteer few Mminutes of their time.

What do you think?

maybe we can make a poll 2c who does what... and make sticky's accordingly... also i guess include eng subjects... dere's quite a few bros who do eng around here :statisfie

Yeah you can add English to the Category.

Maybe we should have a subsection for eact subject:
One for Biology.
One for Chemistry.
One for Maths and Physics.
One for English.

Although I wonder if the Admnistrator is willing to accomodate. hence if it is possible.
 
I would add another subject also:

Organic Chemistry or Bio Chenistry. It is a field seperate from both biology and chemistry but incorporates factors of both. Of course I do not know if it is taught in the areas where most members are from and if it is not part of your curriculuum it would not need to be added.

isn't organic chem pure chemistry:? it's all about C and it's forms pretty much.. but neway, all good :D

LOL it probably is just about the C chains now. Back in my ancient days it was the study of the chemicals found in living matter, Amino acids etc. But those are all C chains and the Biology factor is probably passe now except for history. Various schools used to teach it as either a biology subject or as a Chemistry subject. The college I attended taught it as seperate from either.

I don't think we need a whole sub-section for each subject, but having a sticky for the main subjects might not be a bad idea. Insha'Allaah we'll see how others feel and maybe we can do that :).

Point taken. I don't think one can accomadate whole subsection, because mainly this is a forum for teaching Islam. Maybe a Sticky will be good idea.
