In South Louisiana the people are referred to as Cajuns. They are famous for their cooking and the fact that they have a recipe for anything that does not eat them first. We were long under the impression that they were Canadian French that were exiled to Louisiana as that was French territory.
Now, reading the stuff that you people eat, I am beginning to think they came from Malaysia.
