A British Muslim should understand that i think.
It means 'May Allah reward you with good.
At-Tabi'een- means those that followed. (Islamically means followers of the Sahabah (ra). i.e. generation of muslims who saw the sahabah but not the prophet
Taba at-tabi'een -means followers of those that followed. i.e. generation of muslims that saw the tabi'een but not the sahabah.

تقبل الله منا و منكم

means: May Allah accept from us and from you.

And Allah knows best. any mistakes are from myself and the shaitaan
