btw todays Fajr in Makkah was great by Sheikh Johany was great..also i think its one of the longest i heard...a full 17 mins :thumbs_up

Sheikh Johany led isha.He was great, very nice voice.
He does not read as with taraweeh;
He reads more gently with perfect a tajweed ;it is well to change style of recitator.
Even if i like sudais but johany since 3 isha, he makes me cry.

They start leading directly in front of ka'aba on weekends from months of Jamadi-ul-Akhir or Rajab.

I think they may be working on a rota system Allahu A'lam..Inshallah Sheikh Shuraim will be back soon

I still haven't heard any of the 2 imams lead yet but I'm sure they sound fantastic. I guess now I only want to hear the imams live (as in when I am in Makkah and Madinah). One day, insha'Allah.

I think they will be leading till ramadhan and then sheikh mahir is going to madinah for taraweeh inshallah.I have a feeling that sheikh sudais or sheikh shuraim might go but INSHALLAH THAT WONT HAPPEN and it will be normal.
