To Imam or anyone else for gender of مفعلة

(I have just seen the post......

regarding Principle three ,it says the noun usage doesn't have a feminine form

means you can't form it as feminine form

eg, the verb

فتح
(to open)

its noun usage is مفتاح


you can't make it feminine and write it
(a female key) !!!! مفتاحة



the second point pattern B (medium)

is clear,, the rule says that the noun of usage has three patterns


مفعل

mef3al

،مفعلة

mef3ala

،مفعال
mef3al


in the 3 tables the writer,mentioned how to form the dual and the plural and how the dual ,Plural would be in the nominative case and the object case (raf3 &nasb)

and all the tables in masculin form....
in pattern B it shows the second pattern of the noun of usage ،مفعلة
(mef3ala) and it shows that:

1- if (mef3ala) is subject(raf3)
رفع

then the dual form of it would be
(mef3alatan)مفعلتان


and the broken plural of it would

مفاعل
(mafa3el)

2-if (mef3ala) is (object) (nasb)

نصب
then the dual form of it would be


(mef3alatain)
مفعلتين

and the broken plural of it would



مفاعل
(mafa3el)




3-if (mef3ala) is subject to the case (majroor) (kasrah)

it would be the same as the previous case
the dual form of it would be


(mef3alatain)
مفعلتين

and the broken plural of it would



مفاعل
(mafa3el)

In fact Table "pattern B (medium)" is confusing me.It is dealing with مفعلة and website has labelled it as "masculine ".
Which of the following sentences will be correct grammatically?

the name
المكنسة
is not a real feminine but what we call in Arabic (female majazi)

مؤنث مجازي

the real feminine noun is the noun of any female of a creature that bears or gives eggs ......


the feminine majazi is the other things that to be treated as feminine but not a real one....

eg



صحيفة .....وردة .... منضدة يد .. عين ... رجل

the hand of the sweeper is broken
