User Pages Whine

i can't access user pages - when i try i get one of those thingies with the read x that says "internet explorer cannot open the internet site: (and then the link). operation aborted"

I get the same problem.

I don't know why though.

I think that when the forum software was upgraded the option for userpages was removed, or wasn't included in the software.

They work fine for me :hmm: What skin do you use? Tried changing the skins?

Who's userpage are u trying to view? Link me to the members profile, then I'll explain how to see the userpage. (Coz u need the member number)

So all u need to do if u want to view someone else's page is go to their profile link e.g. LI Staff
http://www.islamicboard.com/members/li-staff-8503.html

then copy their number which is ^^^ 8503

and put it in the userpage link

so from

LI-Staff doesn't have one. just went to "user pages" and clicked on the first 4names - same thing.
hmm... just saw the link you gave for LI-Staff - it didn't work either.
are you using the good ole element purple or some other skin?

ok i now have the aria skin (which looks like canned peas!) - same problem.
at least that means i can go back to good ole purple.

p.s. the canned peas are slower than element purple too.
 
and besides i can't access my user CP in canned peasland.
and the print is smaller too. going back home now.

i just tried to view some pages and im also getting the same error messages... the only one i can view however is my own... but thats not much good is it :p

oh and im also using elemental purple and i tried all the other styles and same errors.

Weird :hmm: Tried changing browsers? Not that I hope that'll work, but still... till bro Sajid arrives here.
 
it's ok - i mean it isn't urgent enough to change browsers.
as you may have guessed, i'm not big on change. :D

what browsers u using is it the same on IE and firefox?
