In case Snakelegs is not able to access her computer, I have sent an email to her friend with a copy of the wonderfully caring posts on this thread. I have not personally heard from her, but her friend says, "She sends her love to the group and I will add mine. Bless you all." I know that she appreciates all of the prayers that have been said on her behalf and the concerns that have been expressed by her friends on LI.

In addition to praying for Snakelegs, please pray for her friend, Geldfisch, who is with her during this trying time.

I don't know what could this doctors make with our snakelegs but i hope she will get well soon and come back online. Its a good sign she escaped from the doctors :)

just an update. i am unable to follow the forum every day - though mustafa has been sharing your posts. i appreciate them (and your prayers, of course).
i was in the hospital for almost 2 weeks.
for those who have asked, yes, it is serious - i have lung cancer. they say it is inoperable but also make it clear that they would be very happy to it i would agree to radiation and/or chemotheraphy. i have no idea what will happen next. all i know is that if feel worse now than when i went in the hospital, i'm in a lot of pain and remain in need of you. thanks for being Out There.

I'm so sorry to hear about your situation Eli, but you're in my prayers inshaAllah... I really don't know what else to say, just that there are people here who care about you and you should never feel alone. :cry:
