What do you think the reason is?

My opinion is that Drugs, alcohol and Zina is wide spread throughout the social atmosphere within this city, Its promoted throughout the world that its a city that doesn't sleep. A city of nightlife, partying and free mixing of the sexes. A concoction of lethal social attributes that is the seed to destruction and creation of human sicknesses.
