Hadeeth means the words, actions, approval or attributes that have been narrated from the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).
Narrated Muawiya bin Suwald:
I heard Al-Bara' bin 'Azib saying, "The Prophet (S.A.W) orders us to do seven things and prohibited us from doing seven other things." Then Al-Bara' mentioned the following:--
(1) To pay a visit to the sick (inquiring about his health),
(2) to follow funeral processions,
(3) to say to a sneezer, "May Allah be merciful to you" (if he says, "Praise be to Allah!"),
(4) to return greetings,
(5) to help the oppressed,
(6) to accept invitations,
(7) to help others to fulfill their oaths.

Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "The best women among
the camel riders, are the women of Quraish." (Another narrator said) The
Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said, "The righteous among the women
of Quraish are those who are kind to their young ones and who look after
their husband's property."

Abu Usaid Malik bin Rabi’ah As-Sa’idi (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: We were sitting with Messenger of Allah (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) when a man of Banu Salamah came to him and asked, “O Messenger of Allah! Is there any obedience to parents left that I can show to them after their death?” He (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) replied, “Yes, to pray for them, to supplicate for their forgiveness, to fulfill their promises after their death, to maintain the ties of kinship which cannot be maintained except through them, and honour their friends.”

The Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) gave me a silk suit and I wore
it, but when I noticed anger on his face, I cut it and distributed it among
my women-folk.

Narrated 'Umar bin Abi Salama (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):
I was a boy under the care of Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa
Sallam) and my hand used to go around the dish while I was eating. So
Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) said to me, 'O boy! Mention
the Name of Allah and eat with your right hand, and eat of the dish what is
nearer to you.' Since then I have applied those instructions when eating.
Jundub bin Abdullah RA reported: Messenger of Allah (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) said, “He who performs the Fajr (dawn) prayer comes under the Protection of Allah, so beware lest Allah questions you about what you owe Him. For if He questions anyone of you and he falls short of fulfilling the duty which he owes Him, He will requite and then throw upon his face into the Hell-fire”.

Hasan bin Ali RA said: I remember (these words) from Messenger of Allah (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam): “Give up what is doubtful to you for that which is not doubtful; for truth is peace of mind and falsehood is doubt”.

Reported by Abu Hurairah RA "once the Holy Prophet ( peace be upon him was speaking to us, when a brdouin came and asked him: "when will the last day be?" The messenger (pbuh) of Allah replied "when the practice of honouring a trust is lost, expect the last day" the bedouin asked "how could it be lost? " He replied " When the government is entrusted to the undeserving people, then wait for the last day." (Bukhari)
Aishah RA reported: Messenger of Allah (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) said, “When one of you feels drowsy during prayer, let him lie down till drowsiness goes away from him, because when one of you performs prayers while feeling sleepy, he does not know whether he seeks forgiveness or abuses himself”.

Abu Hurairah RA reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, “Allah makes the way to Jannah easy for him who treads the path in search of knowledge.”

Narrated Anas bin Malik: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, “None of you should wish for death because of a calamity befalling him; but if he has to wish for death, he should say: “O Allah! Keep me alive as long as life is better for me, and let me die if death is better for me.’ ”

Hakim bin Hizam RA reported that: Messenger of Allah (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) said: “Both parties in a business transaction have a right to annul it so long as they have not separated; and if they tell the truth and make everything clear to each other (i.e., the seller and the buyer speak the truth, the seller with regard to what is purchased, and the buyer with regard to the money) they will be blessed in their transaction, but if they conceal anything and lie, the blessing on their transaction will be eliminated.”

Abu Hurairah RA reported: Messenger of Allah (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) said, “Hasten to do good deeds before you are overtaken by one of the seven afflictions.” Then (giving a warning) he said, “Are you waiting for such poverty which will make you unmindful of devotion; or prosperity which will make you corrupt, or disease as will disable you, or such senility as will make you mentally unstable, or sudden death, or Ad-Dajjal who is the worst expected absent, or the Hour, and the Hour will be most grievous and most bitter.”

Abu Hurairah RA reported: The Prophet (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) said, “He who goes to the mosque at dawn or dusk (for Salat), Allah prepares a hospitable abode for him in Jannah, every time when he walks to it or comes back from it”.

Narrated Salman bin 'Amir Ad-Dabbi (Radi-Allahu 'anhu):
I heard Allah's Apostle (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) saying, "Aqiqa is to
be offered for a (newly born) boy, so slaughter (an animal) for him, and
relieve him of his suffering."
(Note: It has been quoted in Fateh-AL-Bari that the majority of the
Religious Scholars agrees to the Hadith narrated in Sahih At-TlRMlZY that
the Prophet (Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wa Sallam) was asked about Aqiqa and he
ordered 2 sheep for a boy and one sheep for a girl and that is his
tradition "SUNNA".)

which is neither a watch dog nor a hunting dog, will get a daily deduction
of two Qirat from his good deeds."

Ibn Mas’ud RA reported: The Prophet (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) said, “Envy is permitted only in two cases: A man whom Allah gives wealth, and he disposes of it rightfully, and a man to whom Allah gives knowledge which he applies and teaches it.”
