Hadeeth means the words, actions, approval or attributes that have been narrated from the Messenger (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him).
Narrated Muawiya bin Suwald:
I heard Al-Bara' bin 'Azib saying, "The Prophet (S.A.W) orders us to do seven things and prohibited us from doing seven other things." Then Al-Bara' mentioned the following:--
(1) To pay a visit to the sick (inquiring about his health),
(2) to follow funeral processions,
(3) to say to a sneezer, "May Allah be merciful to you" (if he says, "Praise be to Allah!"),
(4) to return greetings,
(5) to help the oppressed,
(6) to accept invitations,
(7) to help others to fulfill their oaths.

Christ will never be proud to reject to be a slave to God .....holy Quran, chapter Women , 4: 172
On the authority of Abdullah RA, the son of Umar ibn al-Khattab RA, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) say, "Islam has been built on five [pillars]: testifying that there is no deity worthy of worship except Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, establishing the salah (prayer), paying the zakat (obligatory charity), making the hajj (pilgrimage) to the House, and fasting in Ramadhan." (Bukhari and Muslim)- Hadith Nawawi 3

The translation of the hadeeth is:
Abu Hurairah rAa narrated that the Messenger of Allah (salla Allaho alaihi wa sallam) said:
"On the Day of Resurrection a neck will come out of the Fire, it will have two eyes to see with, two ears to hear with and a tongue to speak with. Then it will say, : I am appointed on three, :
All of the stubborn tyrants, all those who associate other deity with Allah, and on the picture-makers".
