    19 Rajab 1436
    09 May 2015
    Saturday يوم السبت

    Hazrat A’isha رضي الله عنه* relates that

    Rasulullaah صلي الله عليه و سلم said,

    “The two Rakaats of (the Sunnah of) Fajr are better than the world and all it contains.” [Muslim]

    Q: If I miss fajr and perform it when I wake up before zuhr, do I perform the two sunnats first or fardh?

    A: If one performs the qadha of fajr of the same day before zawaal, then one should make qadha of the sunnats together with the fardh. However if one performs the qadha of fajr after zawaal or the fajr qadha of another day, then one will not perform the sunnats, instead one will only perform the fajr qadha.

    And Allah Ta'ala (الله تعالى) knows best.

    Asalamualykum,

    I don't know why but i love reading Surat Yaseen maybe because i know this is known as the heart of the Quraan?

    And, also i know the first 2 pages off by heart so the words roll off my tongue very easily

    In sha Allah, the aim is to learn the full surah in sha Allah. Also, Surat Yaseen talks about the day of qiymaat, the destiny of the non-believers and believers so it is very good to understand our role in life and how to succeed in sha Allah

    Friday يوم الجمعة

    Abu Hurairah (رضي الله عنه) reported:

    The Messenger of Allah (صلي الله عليه و سلم ) said:

    "Were people to know the blessing of pronouncing Adhan and the standing in the first row, they would even draw lots to secure these privileges.

    And were they to realize the reward of performing Salat early, they would race for it;

    and were they to know the merits of Salat after nightfall (`Isha) and the dawn (Fajr) Salat, they would come to them even if they had to crawl.(بخاري)

    Today being the day of Friday let us recite surah kahf and recite abundant durood on Nabee صلي الله عليه و سلم
