Here's a fun hadith fact for the sisters out there to rub in the face of men when they become irritating:
Historically, many hadith were declared to be weak due to the presence in their chains of rejected male narrators - we have a list of over 3000 of their names - but never ever in our history have we had a single hadith declared weak due to the presence of a rejected woman narrator in the chain.
That really is an awesome testimony to just how excellent our women scholars were, and how I wish we'd make it easier for them to reach those same heights today. But, y'know, Muslims.
