i hope every one will enjoy these riddles
They are not really mine but some of them are
i got looooads so i thought i will start a thread of riddles.
Now lets see...........where shall i start.........

lets start with one of my riddles.......
Once me and my dad was on our way to school in Kuwait.
He asked me that........

I have some apples in my right hand and some in the left hand. Now, if I minus an apple from my left hand and add it to my right hand, then both of my hands has equal no. of apples. And if I minus an apple from my right hand and add it to my left hand, then my left hand contains double the no. of apples as in my right hand.
How many apples do I have in each of the hands?

i was verrrrry confused. i went to school and asked my friends but none of them knew the answer. i asked everyone i knew but none of them could get it.
but then i came home and asked him for the answer and he told me.........Well i was very small at that time anyway

So give this riddle some tries and i will be back with another brainteasing one insha'allah. But my first 21 riddles are going to be on Maths .

Oh dear somebody is about to be proven wrong...but one thing about riddles is that the answer isn't obvious, otherwise they wouldn't be riddles!

There was a king who had a princess. The king wanted a prince to marry his daughter. So he made a contest. Whoever could fill up a big room with something will win his daughter. But, you could only bring 1 item only. So the 1st guy brought a haystack...he lost. The 2nd guy brought a horse....he lost too. But the 3rd guy bought something which fiiled the room and won (ofcourse the quantity of the object was one)....HOW?

correct but if the candle was lit in the first place that would be better than taking the candle and the match sticks toether to the king.

Its is a nice sunny afternoon and a hunter wearing a brown hat and blue (rather old) socks spots 3 nice birds in a fine tree, he shoots down one of them...how many left?

you know i dont like these "how many left" riddles because there is always a twist to the answer!
its never a mathematical logic. :confused:

see in this case the real answer would be 2 but i know its not :mad:
ok i will say none are left...... becuse the other 2 flew away?

You are right about there being twists, but this one has a more common sense twist. I could allow a few more attempts, if none then I will tell the answer.
