Or alternatively, try to set your goals differently. Instead of saying 'I'm going to do 150 pages in three hours', say, 'I'm going to do Osmosis for one hour, then I'm going to do quadratics'... try and split it into topics rather than pages. It's easier to see if you're accomplishing your goals that way, and you won't go completely insane struggling with time management
