Can some1 post some GOOD, WORKING links....Brother zAk's one's got expired I think.....
May Allah bless Sheikh Shuraim....I saw him leading Jummah in Hajj time in
MY DREAM!!!!!!! AND I was crying my eyes out. And that's probably what I'd do if it was real.
Inshallah Allah will take me to Makkah. Then Inshallah I will have the Chance to meet Sheikh Shuraim.
Also I think that sayin SS is a type of disrespect(in my opinion, Please feel free to call him SS)
salam
isn't the routine of whoever leads fajr leads the remaining daily prayers?
how come SS did fajr yesterday but SST took over later?
whats with the smiley bro?
wasalam
salam
but you told me that using such smileys shows lack of appreciation for imams, and don't ask me where you told me that
that was the routine before bro, there shouldn't be any exception for anyone, but at least SS is still leading fajr
wasalam
Salam.
I don't know if it's me, but SS sounded as if he was half asleep today when he led fajr.
Wassalam
i think your talking bout his morning voice....
Edit- to mst below- what i meant is, his voice isnt a sleepy voice only for today. its his always voice for fajr ..

Our Lord! Verily, we have heard the call of one calling to Faith: 'Believe in your Lord,' and we have believed.
Our Lord! Forgive us our sins and expiate from us our evil deeds, and make us die (in the state of righteousness) along with Al-Abrar
as for bro Abu Hurairah what u trying to prove??if its the truth drop the subject...Allah is always witness so atleast he knowes......Allah knowes best...
Whoa - chill out! Just sharin a experience!
Mashallah SST was cool (as usual) allahumdoLilla - was the haram packed? Or has it calmed down a bit now?
Salam.
Give it about 2 weeks and the haram will be back to how it is usually. The hajjis are starting to return to their native countries so it is still quite busy right now.
Wassalam
Salam.
He has a distinct fajr tune, but yesterday he sounded very deep and he recited quite slow. Very unlike sa'ud shuraim. Anyways, i love his tone.
Wassalam
salam
he always sound very deep and slow at fajr, but anyways what ever prayer he always recites so beautifully, whether it is fajr, maghrib, isha, taraweeh, tahajjud or jummah prayers
wasalam
Salam.
Very true. What i like most about him is the clarity of his recitation. Unlike Sudais, he pronounces every letter clearly. Sudais tends to mumble some of the letters because he recites with a different tone.

bro, that sin't true, all the imams pronounce the words clearly, its just sometimes the effect of the mic and scho can overwhelm the voice, SAS may 'mumble' coz he is emotional
wasalam
Salam.
I didnt mean it like that. SAS pronounces, but it is his tone that makes him keep some of his words in. You could be right about the mic, but even in the haram it is noticeable whereas shuraim does not.
Wassalam
Anyways, i've got to go and pray my Dhuhr. Ill be back in a while

Not a good way of describing Sheihk Abdur Rahman al Sudais with a mumbling tone. He recites clear.
Heard the one where Sheikh Saud ibn Ibrahim ash Shuraim (Typing out the whole name as a mark of respect.)recites, nah'ree joo kum then breaks down in tears, instead of "naree jahan'nama da'a, in surat at-tur. SubhanAllah.
Definition of mumble; to speak unclearly and quietly so that the words are difficult to understand.
