Brothers and sisters,how you do you drink so much water. I just about manage 1 glass of water. da only time i drink a lot is after iv been playing footy. Its all about fruit juices. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

hmmm bruv, cos u only drink 1 glass of water ur body will be used to that amount, and when u drink more u may feel a lil bloated...(i do when i drink more than my body is used to)
maybe u shud try steadily increasing d amount of water u drink and let ur body adapt inshaAllah...
mashaAllah fresh fruit juice is veryyyyyyy good for you..oh that reminds me dun forget ur 5 daily portions of FRUIT n Veg tooooo.......wow we all gna be way healthy !!!

^me too.. i can drink milk all the time. My mom always yelling at me because she ends up having to buy 4 gallons a week.
MmMmMm nothin like a glass of cold milk wid a slice of toast in the morning n before bedtime....yummy!
