LOL! Where I live, it's constantly on everyone's mind to drink at least 8 glasses a day...we are even reminded in the news!
Ok, to those who said they drink 2 gallons a day..yeah right! If you did, you would get water poisoning. I drink a good 8-10 cups a day-I have to where I live. Also, if you are thirsty, that means you are already slightly dehydrated. To those of you who prefer soda- it takes 16 ozs of water for every 8 ozs of soda you drink to rehydrate.

6-8 glasses a day and try not to do it so close to your bed time.. in fact I recommend everyone ceases eating anything after 8:00PM outside of Ramadan of course!

about 2-5. depends on how thirsty i am. the way i look at it is that if im thirsty than thats my body telling me it needs water. if i don't get thirsy, then it means my body is okay. so im not gonna shove 8 glasses down my throat for no reason, and risk going to the toilet every 1/2 hour.
i'm currently water dieting...cause it makes me feel bloated.

I drink close to 1.5 to 2 litres during winter... and about 3litres during summer
For me actually it depends on temperature... in winter its about 30-35 degree celcius (86-95 F) ... and in summer its ..40-45 degree celcius (104-113 F)..and i drink more...
