I must drink close to 2 litres a day. Most of the time being flavoured water (cause water on its own is too plain!)

Subhnallah I drink about 2 gallons of water a day Wallahi. I think the main reason why I do that is becuase I don't drink juices or sodas. Only water alhamdulilah. There is a trick to see if one is dehydrated or not. If you pinch your skin and its like a prune then your dehydrated. Otherwise if your skin has alot of fliuid when you pinch it then you are not dehydrated.
Alhamdulilah that's all that counts.I drink 12-18 glasses of water a day.

heya there, i'm not a water person! i'm just 2 addicted to the diet coke just fills my thirst! the most i'd have is 1 glass of water a day

if i'm gonna go out somewhere, i dunt drink at all :S.. cuz i hate using public toilets.
otherwise i drink about 6/7 glasses a day.
