healthy favourite food? Mmm...since I like everyfood. And seems to me all food is healthy . But...I choose dates with milk. Someone taught me and it taste nice masha Allah and healthy, and its one of the best food in Islam.

just wash carrots, cucumber, radish and eat without any dressing. sounds tasteless but its very tasty. We don't even remove the skin of carrots. Or maximun we use sault, pepper and lemon juice.
And cold noodles (somen in japanese) with sauce, raw fish (sashimi)
