Re: Peace Be Upon You, Brothers, Sisters, and Friends.
Akhi,
Welcome to the forums. i am assuming you like myself are a revert to Islam. I came across this forum not long after I reverted, I liked it from the start and have found it to be very helpful in my desire to learn more about Islam.Insha Allaah you will also learn from here and share with us what you already know.

Thank you, nice to hear that you are a revert, I think reverts follow Islam more than people that are simply 'born into' the religion. I was, and I did not question it, until I came across some videos, articles (that were against slam, and religion in general). Not that I was even looking for it, in fact I think I would have preferred to remain 'ignorant of these views' but apparently it was not in my nature to do that. This is where I began researching more, and now slowly my faith is coming back, although I do require more help, as we all do I guess.
I hope to eventually create a site clearing up some issues, as well as create some videos. Because there are some questions I had as a Muslim and a faithful man, and it took me a while to find some of the answers, and I still have questions, but I hope to shed more light on them and share it with others too as well as learning from those on here and other places. Already, I have some ideas of what I want to do, but I wish to create a very strong case and that will take time and patience. I have although, gathers a huge amount of resources that I am proud of already.

Thank you, unfortunately I have been having a bad cough and flu for that past few days and could not complete a few of them. Hope to restart as soon as I'm able though.
It has been interesting though, I have been trying to be more spiritual and remember Allah (swt) more. :sunny:

Welcome to the forum brother. I do agree with you, many who are born into the religion simply carry the Muslim name however this is not the case with everyone.

Thank you.
Yes, I agree, I realised after I posted it and tried to edit that to make it more clear but I don't think I can edit yet. Thanks for pointing it out though, I should have not worded it in such a general way.
