Bring together five Muslim women and how many opinions do you end up with?
The London Divans is a series of televised gatherings in which a panel of experts will engage in dialogue with a public audience drawn from all walks of life.
Our first event will consist of an all-women panel eager to tackle everybody's questions. Does British Islam need liberation from male leadership? Is there a lack of 'good Muslim men' out there? Is there a role for mothers in 'the war against terrorism'? What is the relationship between families, radicalisation and violent extremism? These are just some of the topics to be discussed.
