Preparing for the Month of Mercy
This is the month everybody is waiting for. A month of forgiveness and mercy. January sales are nothing compared to what Ramadan can offer. It is a month that Allah (swt) is giving mankind the opportunity to increase in their Islamic performance.
Alhamdulillah by the grace of Allah, Baitul Hikmah formed in 2007 to cater for brothers and sisters who want to learn about Islam in a way that is comfortable for them.
‘The Month of Mercy’ course is the third part of the Baitul Hikmah Women’s Fiqh series. Inshallah we hope to cover Fasting and Zakah in this course.
We hope to offer this Ramadan course to sisters in a way that we can fulfill our basics and essentials of Fasting and Zakah in a way from which we will see the different acts of Fasting and Zakah derived from Qur'an and Hadith.

Those who have studied, but to revise the subject

An understanding of Fasting and Zakah and knowing the basics
A CD on 'Preparing for Ramadan' by Shaykh Husain Abdus Sattar
A certificate to show that you have studied the subject under the instruction of a teacher (signed by the teacher themselves)
Refreshments
Inshallah refreshments will be provided on the day, without any additional costs towards you. If you however would like to contribute Inshallah that it entirely up to you.
