Well..herez a chance to brush up on our Knowledge of the Qur'an.. :teeth:
I'll post a Question specifically based on the Qur'an..and the first one to get it right, posts the next Question..fair?

that was also an acceptable answer mashaa Allah khaldun! it is also the plural of allatheena and was one i hadnt thought off..
as for your question im still looking for it! i found it before but i lost it again so far i've come across a number of azeezil aleem, but dont worry i will find it soon!
i'll give you a similar one in the mean time "wahuwal hakeemul aleem"...
you almost got it zak! but your missing a waw at the beginning as in "WA huwal hakeemul aleem". nice try tho!

i kinda loike sorta cheated on this one. By coincidence i was listening to a kid reading that part of the Quran in madrassah and i thought to myself "oh so thats where it is!". but then i went home and forgot it! i could remember its position on the page but not the surah hehe..
ok to get this thread back on track inshAllah. an easy question inshAllah (I know maybe its a bit too easy)
When the quran talks about Musa alyhi salam and his brother and their confrontation with the sourcerers, the quran states that they became muslim. They are reported to have said "We believe in the Lord of Musa and Harun" twice in the quran, but only once does it say "We believe in the Lord of Harun and Musa" ( if u didnt notice a difference, pay attention to the order of the names) My question is where in the quran is this particular phrase? (and if you want try to find the two other versions inshAllah)

Where is "wa qarna fi buyutikunna walaa tabarrajna tabarruja-l-jaahiliyyati-l-oola wa aqimna-sataata wa aateena-zakaata wa at'inallaha wa-r-rasoolahu innamaa yureedullahu liyuth-hiba 'ankumu-r-rijsa ahla-l-baiti wa yutahhirukum tat-heera"? (One reference only; with this it should be easy. I don't want you to go out and search for every possible reference. This only appears once) . . .
mashaa Allah well done khaldun! you got one of them but it was not the one i was thinking of... i'm not sure how many there but there arent much... see if you can find another....
