Do not grieve over the hurt that is inflicted upon you by others, and forgive those that have ill-treated you.

Jazakallah, indeed you are right.After Allah's messenger has said "There's no victory except without patience". Inshallah victory is near for the Ummah.

Forgiveness can be one of the hardest things one can do to 'move on with their life'
and sometimes patience can play a really big factor in it... especially when hurt by loved ones in a traumatic way
