You can go to many places to learn arabic now.
al-Baseera Institute for Arabic Language is very good. They have teachers from all over the Arab World.

my dads he knows alot, but hasnt got time for it!! his a maulana u see they seem to be busiest person in the world. am i making assumptions again?? you know any places aroud east end of london?? or anywhere? don't mind at all!!

but who knows if your dad is of high stature mayb i can go and get sum knowledge from him lol :brother:
in Uzbekistan we greet people by saying Assalamu alaykum then long conversation about asking how it your family memebers, relatives, neighbours, (it depends how long u heaven't been seen by that person) .

my dads name is muhammad abdul qahaar his also a imaam of stepy green mosque and teaches in darul hadis latifah!
