On the RoadtoJannah message board I typically post a Hadith of the Day and the Ayat of the Day. I see that there is already a Hadith of the Day thread here so inshAllah I intend to contribute to that. However, when doing a few searches on this board I could not find an Ayat of the Day thread, so I decided to make one. If there is one already please merge this and point me in the right direction inshAllah. Also if everyone could contribute that would be wonderful. Discussion, Ayats, anything inshAllah.

8. Al-Anfal (Spoils Of War, Booty)
Surah: 8 Aya: 16
Transliteration
16. Waman yuwallihim yawma-ithin duburahu illa mutaharrifan liqitalin aw mutahayyizan ila fi-atin faqad baa bighadabin mina Allahi wama/wahu jahannamu wabi/sa almaseeru
Translation
16. And whoever turns his back to them on such a day - unless it be a stratagem of war, or to retreat to a troop (of his own), - he indeed has drawn upon himself wrath from Allâh. And his abode is Hell, and worst indeed is that destination!
وَّلِيَـعْلَمَ الَّذِيْنَ اُوْتُوا الْعِلْمَ اَنَّهُ الْحَـقُّ مِنْ رَّبِّكَ فَيُؤْمِنُوْا بِهٖ فَـتُخْبِتَ لَهٗ قُلُوْبُهُمْ ۗ وَاِ نَّ اللّٰهَ لَهَا دِ الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْۤا اِلٰى صِرَا طٍ مُّسْتَقِيْمٍ
"And so those who were given knowledge may know that it is the truth from your Lord and [therefore] believe in it, and their hearts humbly submit to it. And indeed is Allah the Guide of those who have believed to a straight path."
(QS. Al-Hajj 22: Verse 54)
يٰۤـاَيُّهَا النَّا سُ ضُرِبَ مَثَلٌ فَا سْتَمِعُوْا لَهٗ ۗ اِنَّ الَّذِيْنَ تَدْعُوْنَ مِنْ دُوْنِ اللّٰهِ لَنْ يَّخْلُقُوْا ذُبَا بًا وَّلَوِ اجْتَمَعُوْا لَهٗ ۗ وَاِ نْ يَّسْلُبْهُمُ الذُّبَا بُ شَيْـئًـا لَّا يَسْتَـنْـقِذُوْهُ مِنْهُ ۗ ضَعُفَ الطَّا لِبُ وَا لْمَطْلُوْبُ
"O people, an example is presented, so listen to it. Indeed, those you invoke besides Allah will never create [as much as] a fly, even if they gathered together for that purpose. And if the fly should steal away from them a [tiny] thing, they could not recover it from him. Weak are the pursuer and pursued."
(QS. Al-Hajj 22: Verse 73)
وَ اِنَّ لَـكُمْ فِى الْاَ نْعَا مِ لَعِبْرَةً ۗ نُسْقِيْكُم ْ مِّمَّا فِيْ بُطُوْنِهَا وَلَـكُمْ فِيْهَا مَنَا فِعُ كَثِيْرَةٌ وَّمِنْهَا تَأْكُلُوْنَ
"And indeed, for you in livestock is a lesson. We give you drink from that which is in their bellies, and for you in them are numerous benefits, and from them you eat."
(QS. Al-Muminoon 23: Verse 21)
وَلَا نُـكَلِّفُ نَفْسًا اِلَّا وُسْعَهَا وَلَدَيْنَا كِتٰبٌ يَّـنْطِقُ بِا لْحَـقِّ وَهُمْ لَا يُظْلَمُوْنَ
"And We charge no soul except [with that within] its capacity, and with Us is a record which speaks with truth; and they will not be wronged."
(QS. Al-Muminoon 23: Verse 62)
وَهُوَ الَّذِيْ يُحْيٖ وَيُمِيْتُ وَلَـهُ اخْتِلَا فُ الَّيْلِ وَا لنَّهَا رِ ۗ اَفَلَا تَعْقِلُوْنَ
"And it is He who gives life and causes death, and His is the alternation of the night and the day. Then will you not reason?"
(QS. Al-Muminoon 23: Verse 80)
مَا اتَّخَذَ اللّٰهُ مِنْ وَّلَدٍ وَّمَا كَا نَ مَعَهٗ مِنْ اِلٰهٍ اِذًا لَّذَهَبَ كُلُّ اِلٰهٍ بِۢمَا خَلَقَ وَلَعَلَا بَعْضُهُمْ عَلٰى بَعْضٍ ۗ سُبْحٰنَ اللّٰهِ عَمَّا يَصِفُوْنَ
"Allah has not taken any son, nor has there ever been with Him any deity. [If there had been], then each deity would have taken what it created, and some of them would have sought to overcome others. Exalted is Allah above what they describe [concerning Him]."
(QS. Al-Muminoon 23: Verse 91)
وَمَنْ يَّدْعُ مَعَ اللّٰهِ اِلٰهًا اٰخَرَ ۙ لَا بُرْهَا نَ لَهٗ بِهٖ ۙ فَاِ نَّمَا حِسَا بُهٗ عِنْدَ رَبِّهٖ ۗ اِنَّهٗ لَا يُفْلِحُ الْـكٰفِرُوْنَ
"And whoever invokes besides Allah another deity for which he has no proof - then his account is only with his Lord. Indeed, the disbelievers will not succeed."
(QS. Al-Muminoon 23: Verse 117)
اِنَّ الَّذِيْنَ يُحِبُّوْنَ اَنْ تَشِيْعَ الْفَا حِشَةُ فِى الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا لَهُمْ عَذَا بٌ اَلِيْمٌ ۙ فِى الدُّنْيَا وَا لْاٰ خِرَةِ ۗ وَا للّٰهُ يَعْلَمُ وَاَ نْـتُمْ لَا تَعْلَمُوْنَ
"Indeed, those who like that immorality should be spread [or publicized] among those who have believed will have a painful punishment in this world and the Hereafter. And Allah knows and you do not know."
(QS. An-Noor 24: Verse 19)
وَاَ نْكِحُوا الْاَ يَا مٰى مِنْكُمْ وَا لصّٰلِحِيْنَ مِنْ عِبَا دِكُمْ وَاِ مَآئِكُمْ ۗ اِنْ يَّكُوْنُوْا فُقَرَآءَ يُغْنِهِمُ اللّٰهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهٖ ۗ وَا للّٰهُ وَا سِعٌ عَلِيْمٌ
"And marry the unmarried among you and the righteous among your male slaves and female slaves. If they should be poor, Allah will enrich them from His bounty, and Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing."
(QS. An-Noor 24: Verse 32)
اَلَمْ تَرَ اَنَّ اللّٰهَ يُزْجِيْ سَحَا بًا ثُمَّ يُؤَلِّفُ بَيْنَهٗ ثُمَّ يَجْعَلُهٗ رُكَا مًا فَتَرَى الْوَدْقَ يَخْرُجُ مِنْ خِلٰلِهٖ ۚ وَيُنَزِّلُ مِنَ السَّمَآءِ مِنْ جِبَا لٍ فِيْهَا مِنْۢ بَرَدٍ فَيُـصِيْبُ بِهٖ مَنْ يَّشَآءُ وَ يَصْرِفُهٗ عَنْ مَّنْ يَّشَآءُ ۗ يَكَا دُ سَنَا بَرْقِهٖ يَذْهَبُ بِا لْاَ بْصَا رِ
"Do you not see that Allah drives clouds? Then He brings them together, then He makes them into a mass, and you see the rain emerge from within it. And He sends down from the sky, mountains [of clouds] within which is hail, and He strikes with it whom He wills and averts it from whom He wills. The flash of its lightening almost takes away the eyesight."
(QS. An-Noor 24: Verse 43)
لَا تَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْا مُعْجِزِيْنَ فِى الْاَ رْضِ ۚ وَمَأْوٰٮهُمُ النَّا رُ ۗ وَلَبِئْسَ الْمَصِيْرُ
"Never think that the disbelievers are causing failure [to Allah] upon the earth. Their refuge will be the Fire - and how wretched the destination."
(QS. An-Noor 24: Verse 57)
وَقَا لَ الَّذِيْنَ كَفَرُوْۤا اِنْ هٰذَاۤ اِلَّاۤ اِفْكُ ٱِفْتَـرٰٮهُ وَاَ عَا نَهٗ عَلَيْهِ قَوْمٌ اٰخَرُوْنَ ۚ فَقَدْ جَآءُوْ ظُلْمًا وَّزُوْرًا
"And those who disbelieve say, "This [Qur'an] is not except a falsehood he invented, and another people assisted him in it." But they have committed an injustice and a lie."
(QS. Al-Furqaan 25: Verse 4)
قُلْ اَنْزَلَهُ الَّذِيْ يَعْلَمُ السِّرَّ فِى السَّمٰوٰتِ وَا لْاَ رْضِ ۗ اِنَّهٗ كَا نَ غَفُوْرًا رَّحِيْمًا
"Say, [O Muhammad], "It has been revealed by He who knows [every] secret within the heavens and the earth. Indeed, He is ever Forgiving and Merciful.""
(QS. Al-Furqaan 25: Verse 6)
وَكَذٰلِكَ جَعَلْنَا لِكُلِّ نَبِيٍّ عَدُوًّا مِّنَ الْمُجْرِمِيْنَ ۗ وَكَفٰ ى بِرَبِّكَ هَا دِيًا وَّنَصِيْرًا
"And thus have We made for every prophet an enemy from among the criminals. But sufficient is your Lord as a guide and a helper."
(QS. Al-Furqaan 25: Verse 31)
اَلَّذِيْ خَلَقَ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَا لْاَ رْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا فِيْ سِتَّةِ اَيَّا مٍ ثُمَّ اسْتَوٰى عَلَى الْعَرْشِ ۚ اَلرَّحْمٰنُ فَسْئَـلْ بِهٖ خَبِيْرًا
"He who created the heavens and the earth and what is between them in six days and then established Himself above the Throne - the Most Merciful, so ask about Him one well informed."
(QS. Al-Furqaan 25: Verse 59)
قُلْ مَا يَعْبَـؤُا بِكُمْ رَبِّيْ لَوْلَا دُعَآ ؤُكُمْ ۚ فَقَدْ كَذَّبْتُمْ فَسَوْفَ يَكُوْنُ لِزَا مًا
"Say, "What would my Lord care for you if not for your supplication?" For you [disbelievers] have denied, so your denial is going to be adherent."
(QS. Al-Furqaan 25: Verse 77)
