If you recite the Quran regularly and fluently, then it takes less than an hour to recite Surah Al-Baqarah. To recite Surah Al-Baqarah and Aal-Imran, it takes nearly 1.5 hours.
But if someone is a beginner in reading Arabic, then it might take 2 -3 hours to recite the same. It really depends on your fluency in reciting the Qur'an.
