Assalaam to all Bro.s & Sis.s, What are the main miracles in Qur'an ? Can a knowledgable person explain?
Qur'an was revealed as the guidance for all mankind, as the criterion for good and evil, etc. The miracles that the Qur'an inherently and outwardly contain are signs and evidence for those to believe that it is from none other than the creator of heavens and earth.
Those miracles such as:
1. complete preservation, despite being used by billions of people for more than 1,400 years in all continents. No other books, manuscripts, poetrys, etc is even close.
2. the fact that qur'an was revealed in 23 years, in stages, many of the verses responded to specific situations in specific times, and yet when completed became a book with unmatched and inimitable style and beauty with uninterrupted flow. The fact that prophet Muhammad SAW was fully illiterate also shows that there is no way the book was created by him, or even by any other human.
3. It contains descriptions about our nature from the biggest (the birth of the universe, how the universe is expanding, and the end of the universe) to the smallest (atomic sub particles, "zarrah"), to the make up of all living things, etc etc. These are popularly called "scientific miracles of the Qur'an". just google it. or read more here: http://www.cyberistan.org/islamic/islam1.html http://thisistruth.org/ http://www.miraclesof*************/s...fic_index.html
4. There are also numerical/mathematical miracles of the qur'an (for example: the number of mentions of the words for land and sea/ocean in the Qur'an are exactly the same as the proportions land and ocean on earth, the word of Adam (as) is mentioned the same time as Isa (as) which corresponds to the ayah of the Qur'an where " the creation of Isa ibn Maryam is the same as Adam", etc.

5. Linguistic Miracles. this is considered the main miracle of the Qur'an. There are about 40 different aspects of Qur'anic miracles.Here are some of them:
1.Eloquence of the Qur’an.There is a wonderful eloquence and purity of style in the Qur’an’s word-order. There is the wonderful eloquence in its meaning.There is wonderful uniqueness of its style.There is wonderful eloquence in its wording; that is, in the words employed.There is excellence in its manner of exposition; that is to say, the superiority, conciseness, and grandeur.
2. Qur’an’s extraordinary comprehensiveness. There is comprehensiveness in the words. There is extraordinary comprehensiveness in its meaning. There is extraordinary comprehensiveness in its knowledge. There is extraordinary comprehensiveness of the subjects it puts forward. There is wonderful comprehensiveness of the Qur’an’s style and conciseness.
3. Qur’an’s giving the news of the Unseen.( giving news of the past,future,Divine truths, cosmic truths, and the matters of the hereafter.)
4. Qur’an’s youth. It preserves its freshness and youth every age as though newly revealed.
5. It is as though the All-Wise Qur’an is every century turned directly towards all the classes of humanity, and addresses each particularly.
6. According to the testimony of thousands of brilliant scholars of rhetoric and the science of rhetorical style like Zamakhshari, Sakkaki, and ‘Abd al-Qahir Jurjani, there is in the Qur’an of Miraculous Exposition as a whole a pleasant fluency, a superior correctness, a firm mutual solidarity, and compact proportionateness, powerful co-operation between the sentences and parts, and an elevated harmony between the verses and their aims.
7. The miraculous qualities in the Qur’an’s unique style in the summaries and Most Beautiful Divine Names, which it shows at the ends of its verses.
8. The Qur’an cannot be compared with other words and speech. This is because speech is of different categories, and in regard to superiority, power, beauty and fineness, has four sources: one is the speaker, another is the person addressed, another is the purpose, and another is the form.
9. Like shining stars, all the Qur’an’s verses scatter the darkness of unbelief by spreading the light of miraculousness and guidance.
10.Human’s philosophy being fallen apart from the Qur’anic wisdoms.
11.Miraculous repetitions.
12. Qur’an’s brevity concerning the physical sciences.
13. Miracles of the prophets in the Qur’an are pointing out the final limit of the innovations of humanity.
14. All the miracles of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) are a miracle of the Qur’an which demonstrate its relation with Almighty God.

The greatest miracle of Quran is by recitation of Quran on daily basis will wash up your sins and the news of getting inside the paradise will be confirmed.
2nd miracle is By understanding the Quran you come to know the bitter realities of world and stay away from bad habits.

Quran is itself a great miracle,, we can see that, it have been revealed about 14,00 years ago, and it have the same form as it was 14,00 year ago.. so this is great miracles of Quran....
The miracle of the Qur'an is primarily (but not limited to) a linguistic miracle. Why did Allah give surah a miracle?
Imagine, your neighbour, who has never lied, cheated... etc. knocks one day on your door and says, I communicated with God through an angel and now I am a messenger, and you are required to totally submit to anything I say, and not question me. What would be your response? The response of Abu Bakar RA when Prophet SAW told him that was immediate acceptance. Abu Bakar is one of the few people to not question the messenger and believe in what he was preaching right away, and hence reached the status that he did.
The truthfulness of the messengers is established before they claim Prophethood. However, to strength them, as well as to establish to the people that the messenger is calling to the truth, Allah aided the messengers with a miracle.
The miracles were most suited for the time, and were in the field mastered by people. In the time of Moosa AS, the Egyptian civilization had reached the pinnacle of Magic (just watch the TV show Yu Gi Oh and you will know what I'm talking about), and hence the miracles were extraordinary visible renditions, such as a staff turning into a snake, water parting, Moosa AS hand turning white... etc. The magicians -- the foremost experts in the field -- knew that what Moosa AS called to was the truth, so immediately when they saw the miracle, they believed in him.
The Arabs had reached a point of mastery of their language. They prided them self of this. They had no culture, civilization, centers of philosophy, arts, etc. But they had their language and they took great pride in that. So Allah SWT challenge them by revealing the Quran, which is in their own language, yet they cannot produce something like it. Hence, the primary miracle of the Quran is a linguistic one.
Insh'Allah in a few days, I will start posting on my blog (address in under my avatar) about the miracle of Surah Al Kawthar. We will go through 40 points of perfection of this Surah and why the Arabs could not meet the challenge and produce 3 ayats -- 3 verses.
