Pain and hardships allow you to grow spiritually Alhamdulilah so smile when a so called calamity befalls upon you.

And subhanAllah, this surat is indescribably powerful - in Ramadan they will often put it on the television and it has always, always brought me to tears. I have no idea why. Beautiful.
