Our country is honourable and just, and only after 10 posts! ONLY 10 our citizens get their passport, it's that easy! You will remain an F.O.B (Fresh off the boat) if you don't post more than 10 times , and what's worse, some of you may not even become citizens if you don't apply for our passport
