regarding so called experts
or ex muslims or non muslims
phew so many labels
just trying to be p.c
a friendly poem
these non muslim grand muftis pop up everywhere morning, evening talk show, debate podcasts, radio roadshow, street preach they get around
they claim to know the Quran and hadith it's depth, its intricacies, its nuances they claim to know context, verse, purpose, application
they know more than the scholar who sat at the feet of scholars more than the jurist who still today considers himself a learner more than the imam who "graduated" after years and years
these non Muslim grand muftis in the media the so called "expert validators" cannot truly claim to know Islam because if they did

The profit-seeking business of criticizing Islam is predicated on the very existence of Islam. Therefore, these people are not out to discredit or destroy Islam, but to seek for themselves recognition as important experts, and to cash in on speaking fees. That is why their real enemies are not the Muslims, but the uneducated critics of Islam. Therefore, it all revolves around the expert critics blasting at the uneducated critics: You know nothing about Islam. So, shut your mouth, you idiot.
In that sense, these expert critics have quite a useful role, because the overwhelming majority of critics of Islam will be classified as ignorant dummies. Only a few people, few and far between, are considered educated enough to open their mouths on the subject. These expert critics also tend to force the issue quite a bit. Their action removes the option of remaining indifferent. You are either in favour or against Islam, and if you are against, you'd better make sure to be an expert on the matter, because otherwise you will get insulted for your ignorance. It is also a well-known fact that most of the expert critics end up converting and marrying Muslims. The difference between an educated critic and an educated advocate of Islam is very subtle. They are almost indistinguishable.
