“Say: O my Servants who have transgressed against their souls! Despair not of the Mercy of Allah. for Allah forgives all sins: for He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.” (Surah Az-Zumar 39:53)
[Lessons from this verse]
We get very hard on ourselves sometimes. And while there is
benefit in taking ourselves to account, the sunshine comes from
never losing hope in Allah’s mercy. Allah’s mercy and
forgiveness is able to emcompass whatever you have done. So
knock on that door right now.
Learn silence as you have learned speech.
Speech will guide you, and silence will protect you.
سُبْحَانَ اللّهِ - SubhanAllah (Glory be to Allah)
Whoever recites [the above] one Hundred times, a thousand good deeds are recorded for him or a thousand bad deeds are wiped away.Sahih Muslim; #4:2073.
