HYANNIS — The Iraqi flag and the black Rorschach-like image beside it yesterday morning were not part of Alan O'Sullivan's decor plan for his new restaurant. The graffiti was found on a side entrance to the former Hooters restaurant on the corner of Main Street and Barnstable Road, according to O'Sullivan. Some observers see a girl jumping rope with razor wire in this spray-painted image in Hyannis.
