Through good times and bad,
We'll never get mad.
Through old friends and new friends,
Our friendship never bends.
Eventhough we're changing,
Our friendship is never ending.
With broken hearts and many tears,
We've made it through these past seven years.
Different in many ways,
more alike each passing day.
Our memories are the best,
it's our honesty we never test.
Helping each other out,
Always with no doubt.
We've always been eachother's better half,
When we hang together we have a full glass.

I can't give solutions to all of life's problems, doubts,
or fears. But I can listen to you, and together we will
search for answers.
I can't change your past with all it's heartache and pain,
nor the future with its untold stories.
But I can be there now when you need me to care.
I can't keep your feet from stumbling.
I can only offer my hand that you may grasp it and not fall.
Your joys, triumphs, successes, and happiness are not mine;
Yet I can share in your laughter.
Your decisions in life are not mine to make, nor to judge;
I can only support you, encourage you,
and help you when you ask.
I can't prevent you from falling away from friendship,
from your values, from me.
I can only pray for you, talk to you and wait for you.
I can't give you boundaries which I have determined for you,

And friendship aint a lie...Its true that we shouldnt trust just anybody.....but life is sad when you aint got a single person you can trust or talk to.
true u never can trust someone wholly as you don't know how people react to different circumstances and situations, but there is such a thing as friends, someone u can trust at that moment in time, and talk to and care about.. friendship is important..
friendship is not with everyone u meet, but someone you connect with and get on with. Someone who understands u.. surely that can only be a good thing??

Sis Serene i'm guessing you met the wrong people then..I never trusted anyone ..i kept them as friends tho but soon i learned to trust through my sisters in islam..MY BEST FRIEND even tho we're worlds apart i trust her more then anything because i lived with her for couple months and i just knew how she was...i believe that you dont know how a person is until you live with them an i did with my girl which is why i know the meaning of friendship now ...NICE POEM

I got negative points from Serene because i said bravo. I would like to say my bravo was not to make fun of her post but i sustain there is no such a thing like friendship and before to make "friends" each should be very careful. Leaving behind the message the poem its very nice.
