Of everything;
He begets not, and neither is He begotten;
And none is His equal.’(al-Ikhlas 112: 1-4)
2:183 O you who believe! Observing As-Sawm [fasting] is prescribed for
you as it was prescribed for those before you, that you may become Al-
Muttaqun (the pious).

Signals to observe the Holy Command
Of fasting and giving the poor their due
May Allah accept it of me and you

As-Sawm prescribed by Allah subhana wa ta'ala
So that we may become pious, inshaAllah
To achieve taqwa and avoid the prohibited
And train ourselves for the rest of the year
May you draw closer to Allah in this blessed month
May He accept your good deeds and forgive the bad ones
I pray for all my brothers and sisters with tears in my eyes
May you all be destined for Paradise
