Hunger + Computers = Headaches?

ok so im thinking of all the reasons my head could possible feel heavy and gimme headaches.


so right now im hungry

AND

im in front of a computer



im like this everyday, and on the way home i feel dizzy n fishy

soo... WHAT could be the reason

It might be one of the reasons, rest, a power nap always helps. Or listen/read the Qur'aan.

thing is it only happens if i go to work n sit in front of the computer. at home it never happens.

and at work im not even in front of it all the time, i run about lol

i dunno i gotta headache and im hungry and in front of the computer. but im used to it, living in america you gota 24/7 headache.
bro go to sleep, if ur at work and they catch u, just give the long blinking disease excuse.
if ur in school....lol you dont even need an excuse.
if ur at home...GO TO SLEEEEP.
sometimes u think its gonna get way to big for u to handle so ur jus gna break ur fast, but dont, coz its only gna last till 7.30, then u can eat and use medicine if its still hurting.

alot of people get headaches when theyr fasting, but its better if you dont break ur fast to use medicine.

^ im one of those people who even when im REALLY tired i find it hard to sleep.

i cant sleep at work anymore lol i done it too much already

and i have no intention to break my fast either !!

I think its coz ur sitting idle with nothing to do...thats why you get more hungry than running around...

my sister's been complaining from that, seeing that she goes to a virtual/e-school she has to sit infront of the computer alot

last week i'v been on the computer like 24/7 and i did get serious headaches but for me it could be that i don't eat good food...

try lessoning your time online?

at ur work u gota use the computer???? if so, do them computer stretchy things. where every once in a while they go like stretching and all in some certain way,. if your work ISNT online, then log off and dont come back till after fitar!

actually for me, this is so true....
when I am fasting I try to not set in front of computer too much...

but its hard to control my self to be away from my PC, its more like an addiction.....so its cant help though

Hang on, what about the guidlines ... Taking regular breaks from the screen etc etc is that what you do akhee? It could be lack of rest because in Ramadaan I imagine the majority of people get around only 7 hours of rest a day (If you're a student or work etc)... Wallahu A'lam. Just take breaks?

Which monitor are you using? CRT or LCD? I find that I get a headache if I sit too long on the CRT ones. I think it's because those monitors give out some radiation which hurts the eyes and brain whereas the LCD have some sort of liquid in the screen which blocks it.

I used LCD...but still have some headache from time to time. I guess a need to take several breaks during the day
