I've been googled for best quality Digital Pocket Quran. Its seems that IPalm digital pocket Quran is only that are the best of quality but its up to you to decide to which.

why not get a regular mp3 player and add quran to it?

yeah the sound is really bad but If you want just get a cheap,good quality mp3 player and upload the whole quran,thats what i did
