Pray it all works out and nothing too drastic is the outcome. Pray the other person takes the news ok and understands..deep breaths..
Make wudhu, peform two rakah nafilah and make dua. You won't feel nervous. Alternatively start with Bismillah...! Taking Allah's name before doing anything has it's blessings.
Yeh obviously prayer is the ultimate answer but there are other ways if u are worrying still. Everyone is different so if you can't stop thinking about it then tell someone or write it down. I tend to write the whole situation down (e.g. imagine what i would say) and at least then it is in front of you and so that might lessen your worry. Yeh and deep breaths..
