Enough sleep

I have read many times that a person needs about 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night. just wondering how many people actually get enough sleep, and whether they find that too much, or too little.

nowadays usualy i sleep 8 hrs but there is one day a week i sleep more than 8 hrs <<my best day yaaaaaaaaaaah i wake-up tierd from sleeping can u imagine

I have a baby that wakes every 1.5-2 hours at night so no, I don't think I get enough sleep but alhamdulillah my body has adjusted to it. It has been over a year without a decent nights sleep. Alhamdulillah 'ala kulli haal.

Allah blesses her with sleep after prayers at times which are very short, but refreshes her

salamz well I sumtimes go 2 bed between haf 12 and haf 1 and wake up 7 if i have to b in work for 8 am,but these days i dont start work til 3 pm fin 9 pm so it s like bed 1 ish and up around 11.30 am

Go to bed 10:30, 11 ish, wake up at 6, so 7/8 hours or so.

I used to get like 9 hours last year...ahhhhh.

On average I think I get about 8 hours of sleep a night....It doesnt feel like enough but it should be :$

School days 7 hours
Weekends 11/12 hours.

u can sleep 24 hours but you can pray all the prayers
some times i go to sleep before 2 hrs from sub7 and wake up make my prayer and go to sleep again

Weekdays I have about 7/8 hours sleep, weekends about 9/10...

Well I usually sleep 6-7 hours, sometimes less...even if i go to bed before 12 am i can't sleep. It doesn't bother me...
In summer, i sleep at about 1 or 2 AM, sometimes after that and I wake up at 12 noon :$ :$
Once I didn't sleep for 2 nights, and I slept for an entire day after that...
Yeah, it's ok...i try to get as much sleep as I can now. When I'm older, hopefully I'll be an intern in the hospital but I won't be getting much sleep...
