How do we find it out?
There are like a million different measuring systems!
I tried one of those things you print out from online. It has a bunch of circles, and each circle has a different size. According to that I'm an 11.
I went to a jeweler's last night, and asked him to figure out my ring size, for confirmation. He took my ring and said it was a 21. I told him I thought I was an 11, he's like, perhaps you're using the American system. Then he told me in the American system I would be a 9.
How do we find it out?

I went into a jeweler with a friend when she was chosing her wedding ring. The man behind the counter (who insisted on holding my hand ) pulled out the 'average' female size ring.
Maybe you could find out what the average size is for all various systems and then find out your own in relation to the average size.
I know that works better in my head..so I'll explain with examples.
Say that in the American system 15 is average. In the European system 25 is average. Ok?
Find out what yours is in the American one...so if your finger is 11, it means you are four points below the average female ring size. So in the European one, you would be a 21.
I don't know if that works. It's just a thought. I'm really just giving more ignorant than humble advice.

sevgi- Noo, I get what you're saying, it's a good idea. Problem is we don't know the increments they measure in, if you get what I mean? Like, .5 in the US scale might be 1 in the european or something..

Yes I know..but I thought maybe there would be a way to work out the increments and stuff. I guess it would just be smarted to learn what size you are in each measurement.

Can you go to a jeweler where you are, ask them to size you...and then have them convert that for the country from which you're getting the ring? I think they'd do it as a courtesy without getting offended that you're not buying from them.
Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans. But at least the wub is back.

why not just wearing a ring that fit u as a sample when u go there, then just give them that one to give u the size u want according to that sample.....
