No. I like my temperatures below 11 and above 7. And I love the cold wind.
There is no such temperature in the winter or maybe once in a while but most of the time it was atleast under 5 C , I even witnessed something around -17C a couple of days. the average temperature in the winter was 3,3 C this year.(In Holland)

I know. That's why I'm not fond of winter. Nor spring. The time in between, however, is bliss.

this winter i experienced -24 C. i think -30C as well. it was cold.
im looking forward to Spring Insha'Allah except i dont like thunderstorms.
