    Report bad ads?


    If someone takes something from another person without the knowledge/permission of the latter and the intentions of giving it back in the future. Will that be called for stealing and does the Hadd punishment apply here?

    Judge may take it into consideration. If the item IS actually given back, then hadd punishment wouldn't be handed out.

    note: some items are exempt from hadd punishments alltogether (such as food) but I assume in your question you are referring to those items were the hadd would (normally) be applicable.
