He advises to strive and demolish the ego, remain humble and have sincerity toward Allah.
MashaAllah, very relevent to us all especially the youth. The brother's words are sincere, inspired and come direct from his heart, that's why they have such a powerful effect on the listener.
I would advise all to listen if they can spare the hour. Rarely have I felt such an impact from a talk.
