Do you know which animal the leather in your shoes comes from?
I wasn't aware until recently that shoes can be of pig leather.
Now, if I go to a shoe shop, I always ask the origin of their leather. One shop clearly told me that the pair of shoes I liked was of pig's leather. Often the assistants in the shop don't know, so you have to come back and contact the manufacturers to find out. Some shops can have some shoes of cow leather, and some of pig, so you can't assume that if one design is of cow's leather, that they all are, unless the company clearly states that they never use pig leather.
Anyway just thought I would share this, in case there are other people who are unaware of it as I was.

Stunningly beautiful adhaan from the Dome of the Rock in Masjid ul Aqsa Download (right click and choose "save target/link as").
This is a clear message for mankind in order that they may be warned thereby, and that they may know that He is only One God, and that those of understanding may take heed (14:52)
Indeed Allah knows, and you know not (16: 74, part)
"Allah! La ilaha illa Huwa (none has the right to be worshipped but He), Al-Hayyul-Qayyum (the Ever Living, the One Who sustains and protects all that exists).".."[Al Qur'aan 3:2]
