Hope every one knows cycling...for which we use our legs..push the pedals...to rotate the gear.
Now with your hand.. instead your legs...try to do the same action...without any cycle...just on air...imagine..like boxing somone continously....who is standing in front of you or the pc monitor.
The rule to follow here is that ...each of your hand should cycle in the opposite direction... one trying to move forward...the other in backward direction.
